Upgrade your rare equipment to +15 (ilvl 600).

Step 1: Run Chaos Dungeon ‘Yorn’ Stage 1.
Step 2:
Repeat step 1 until you have a full set of rare ilvl 802 equipment.

Item level 1100 – 1302
Step 1: Run Chaos Dungeon ‘Punika’ Stage 1.
Step 2:
Repeat step 1 until you have a full set of rare ilvl 1302 equipment.
Info Replace your Tier 2 gems by Tier 3 gems.
Item Level 1302 – 1370
Step 1: Upgrade your rare equipment to +15 (ilvl 1370).
Optional
Step 1: Upgrade your rare equipment to +6 (ilvl 1325).
Step 2:
Run Chaos Dungeon ‘Punika’ Level 2 Stage 1 until you have a full set epic ilvl 1302 equipment.
Step 3: 
Recycle your rare equipment into the epic equipment. This will give you higher stats.
Step 4:
Upgrade your epic equipment to +15 (ilvl 1370).
Item Level 1370 – 1415
Step 1:
Run Abyss Raid ‘Argos’ .
Step 2:
Repeat step 1 until you can craft a full Argos set of legendary ilvl 1340 equipment.
The set can be sold in the marketplace.
Step 3: Recycle your rare or epic equipment into the legendary equipment.
Step 4: Upgrade your legendary equipment to +15 (ilvl 1415).
Item Level 1415 – 1460
Step 1:
Run Legion Raid ‘Valtan [Normal]’ until you can craft a full Valtan set of legendary ilvl 1340 equipment and recycle your old equipment into the new one.
This step is optional. You can continue with step 2.
Step 2: Upgrade your legendary equipment to +16 (ilvl 1430).
Step 3: Run Legion Raid ‘Biackiss [Normal]’ until you can craft a full Biackiss set of legendary ilvl 1340 equipment and recycle your old equipment into the new one.
This step is optional. You can continue with step 4.
Step 4: Upgrade your legendary equipment to +17 (ilvl 1445).
Step 5: Run Legion Raid ‘Valtan [Hard]’ until you can craft a full Valtan set of relic ilvl 1340 equipment and recycle your old equipment into the new one.
This step is optional. You can continue with step 6.
Step 6: Upgrade your legendary or relic equipment to +18 (ilvl 1460).
Item Level 1460 – 1490
Step 1: Run Legion Raid ‘Biackiss [Hard]’ until you can craft a full Biackiss set of relic ilvl 1340 equipment and recycle your old equipment into the new one.
This step is optional. You can continue with step 2.
Step 2: Upgrade your legendary equipment to +19 (ilvl 1475).
Step 3: Run Legion Raid ‘Kouku-Saton [Normal]’ until you can craft a full Kouku-Saton set of relic ilvl 1340 equipment and recycle your old equipment into the new one.
This step is optional. You can continue with step 5.
Step 4:
Upgrade your relic Kouku-Saton equipment with trumpets to Level 2. This will gain you around 3-5% increased damage.
Step 5: Upgrade your legendary or relic equipment to +20 (ilvl 1490).
Item Level 1490 – 1575
Step 1: Run Legion Raid ‘Abrelshud [Normal]’ until you can craft a full Abrelshud set of relic ilvl 1340 equipment and recycle your old equipment into the new one.
This step is optional. You can continue with step 2.
Step 2: Upgrade your legendary or relic equipment to +25 (ilvl 1575).
